How to Send GIFs in iMessage on iOS 12 iPhone

Here’s how to send GIFs in iMessage on iPhone, follow these steps:

1. Open Messages app on iPhone, start a new conversation or tap an existing one.

2. Tap on Photos shortcut icon, and tap the GIF you want to share and add it into message.

3. Simply tap the arrows icon to send GIFs in iMessage.

How to Save GIFs in iMessage on iPhone

In addition to sending GIFs to your families or friends, you are able to save GIFs that you receive on your iPhone. Let’s see how it works, and in fact, there are 2 ways to make it.

1. Tap and hold the GIF, then tap Save. The GIF will be saved on your iPhone, and you can find it in Photos.

2. Tap the GIF > the share button at the bottom-left > choose “Save Image”
