Tap on Settings > Battery > Battery Health. Then, you will see 2 pieces of information as follows.
Maximum Capacity: The lower the maximum capacity level is, the worse your battery condition can be.
Peak Performance Capability: This item tells you whether the performance of your iPhone gets decreased due to the bad state of the battery. If you see anything but Peak Performance Capability, you are possibly facing a problem.
Solution 4 Restore Your iPhone
