Download Google Drive and Sign in
On your iPad, open App Store to search Google Drive and download it.
After finished installation, please open it up and sign in.
If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one from the “More options” on the login page.

Upload or create files in Google Drive for iPad
After you are signed in your account, please use the blue “ +” sign in the bottom right to choose the item you want to upload from your iCloud, Camera Roll and then upload those items.

Offline Access to Files in Google Drive for iPad
If you want to access some files but no internet connection, you need to upload them and then turn on Available offline option for offline viewing.
Please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Choose the file you want to make available offline view and then tap the three vertical dots.
Step 2: You will see a pop-out menu and then turn on Available offline.
Step 3: Repeat the action for any other file you want to view offline.

Share Files in Google Drive for iPad
Sharing is an important and popular feature in Google Drive. The user can freely share files with their friends and family.
To do it, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Choose the file you want to share and then tap the three vertical dots.
Step 2: Find and tap “Add People”.
Step 3: Add the email address, name or group that you want to share.
Step 4: Select the file permission, such as can edit, can comment, can view.
Step 5: Finally, you need to confirm and share the file.
Alternatively, if you just want to share the file for the view, you can tap the three vertical dots to choose “Get link” to copy and share this link with others.
