How to Add Multiple Email Accounts on iPhone

Apple offers two options so you can add email accounts in the Mail app on your iPhone (iPad or iPod touch) manually or automatically. Although you are allowed to add and manage multiple email accounts on your iPhone, you have to add each one individually.

How to Add Multiple Email Accounts on iPhone Automatically

If you are using popular email providers like Google, iCloud, Outlook or Yahoo, then iPhone has shortcut setup settings and you can add multiple email accounts automatically.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords

Step 2: Tap “Add Account”, and choose your email provide from iCloud, Exchange, Google, Yahoo, Aol or Outlook.com.

Step 3: Enter your email address and password

When the Mail app verifies your account, then you can send and receive emails on your iPhone.

How to Add Multiple Email Accounts on iPhone Manually

If you email providers are not on the default list, then you can add email accounts on iPhone manually. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Add Account

Step 2: Enter your name, email address, password and description

Normally, the Mail app can find the email settings and finish your email account setup. But if it cannot find the settings, continue following steps to finish the setup.

Step 3: Choose POP or IMAP for your new email account

Step 4: Enter Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server information
