iOS 11 comes with a much more advanced customizable Control Center. iPhone users can add a number of different options and shortcuts to Control Center. Previously, older devices were unable to access the quick actions for different apps and shortcuts. However, the iOS 11 update brings glad tidings to iPhone users who own older iPhone versions before iPhone 6S, which do not have 3D Touch. The iOS 11 update means that users can access the full-fledged Control Center even with a non-3d touch iPhone or iPad.
This article will also explain on how to use the Control Center without 3D Touch on iPhone in iOS 11.
Step 1: Just like any iPhone, you just swipe up from the bottom to open up the Control Center
Step 2: Now, just click on any button (such as Music, Screen Mirroring etc.)
Step 3: This will open up a shortcut menu which will allow you to quickly carry out actions related to the button you clicked upon
You won’t feel the slight vibration upon touch as you’d do with the 3D Touch device, however, apart from that you can still use the Control Center to quickly manage your tasks and be more productive using your iPhone.

Camera: Quickly capture photos and videos
Settings: This is pretty-straightforward. Opens up the

Apart from them, you can even add other Quick Actions using the Control Center customization menu in settings. Few of the additional Quick Actions are:
Alarm: Enable/Disable Alarms as well as start/stop stopwatch and timer
Voice Memos: Enables you to create a new voice recording
Apple TV Remote: Access the remote for Apple TV
Screen Recording: Quickly record the screen
Wallet: Instantly access your main Apple Pay Card
Of course, there are even more options available such as Magnifier and Do Not Disturb.
However, it must be clear by know that how to use Control Center without 3d touch on iPhone in iOS 11. The same method can be applied to an iPad as well with just a few modifications.
However, hope that even more options will be available in future iOS updates, and that Apple will keep on adding features to even older version of iPhones that don’t have the latest upgrades (such as 3D Touch) using alternative methods.
Using Control Center without 3D touch was perhaps unexpected, but, really useful as it allows one to quickly deal with task and actions without having to go through the complete hassle of opening up the app and everything.
