1, Open your PowerPoint, make sure the PowerPoint version is 2010 or later.

2, Click “File” and select "Export" in the drop - down box, then selcet “Create a Video”.

3, You can choose video quality in the first drop-down box. The higher video quality with the larger file size. 

4, The second drop-down box shows whether your PowerPoint includes narration and timings. If there is no recorded timed narration in your PowerPoint, the default value is “Don't Use Recorded Timings and Narrations”. 

5, If you want to override the slide transition applied to the slides, and want all slides to follow the same transition time in the exported video, enter the transition time in the third box. The default time is 5 seconds.

6, Click “Create Video”.

7, In the “Save as” Popup window, rename the file and choose the format to either “MPEG-4 Video(*.mp4)“ or “Windows Media Video (* .wmv )”.

8，Click “Save” to complete the conversion and you can double-click the file to play the video.

1, Open YouTube in your browser and sign in with your YouTube account. 

2, Click Upload icon at the top right corner of the page and choose “Upload video”.

4, You will see the uploading progress then. You can rename the uploaded file, write some descriptions, select or customize video thumbnails, and add some tags for the video after the uploading is completely.
