How to Change Alarm Sound on iPhone 6/6 Plus/7&iPad

iPhone/iPad alarm can be changed as the way you like it to be. You can manage alarm on iPhone, such as setting different alarm time and labels, and customizing the alarm sound for each alarm. That way you know exactly what to do when the alarms go off without even taking a look. How to set alarm time and labels is quite obvious and simple. Now we will see how to set alarm sound on iPhone/iPad. This works on iPhone 6/6 plus/7, as well as iPhone 5/SE. 

Step 1: Go to the menu of your iPhone/iPad and tap on the Clock application.

Step 2: Select the Alarm icon from the menu, which is placed at the button of the menu.

Step 3: Tap on the Edit button, and select one of the existing alarms that you want to change sound, or create a new alarm by tapping on the "+" on the top right of the screen. Both way will lead you to where you can change the alarm sound.

Step 4: Now tap on the Sound button, and a menu with different sound tones will show up. 

Step 5: Swipe up and down to select the one you want to set as your alarm tone and tap on that sound. This will also preview the sound you selected.

Step 1: Go to the menu of your iPhone/iPad and tap on the Clock application.

Step 3: Tap on the Edit button, and select one of the alarms that you want to change sound.

Step 4: Now tap on the Sound button.

Step 5: Scroll up to the top of the sound list, and tap on the Pick a song tab.

Step 6: By tapping “pick a song” option, you will get a full menu of songs and music available on your phone. Select the one that you want to set as your alarm sound. 

There are different ways for you to search for the song that you want to set as an alarm sound. First you can make use of the search bar. This might be the fastest way if you know exactly which song you're looking for. If you just want to pick around your playlist, then go to playlist. There all your songs are categorized in different groupings, including Albums, Artists, Songs, Music & Videos, Genres, etc. You'll only be able to choose one song from each grouping.
